Le Corbusier, was an architect, designer, urban planner and writer. He was one the pioneers of the modern architecture. He aimed to make collective housing and better living conditions in crowded cities. He had very important works like Villa Savoye, Ronchamp Chapel, Villa La Roche... In addition he wrote a book which name is "Towards a New Architecture."

Towards a New Architecture is a book written by Le Corbusier. Le Corbusier defends modern architecture by his thoughts, principles in Towards a New Architecture. He rejected traditional architecture. He said " An inevitable element of architecture." refer to regulating lines. He believes geometry is a way to express yourself and he discovered rythms. He thinks architecture is a way that you can create your own universe.
